I can't say enough about how smoothly this project went. Excellent communication throughout project, knowledgeable on-site workers and office staff, high quality beautiful finished product. All workers I encountered were friendly, professional, and courteous. Cleanup was done daily, in fact workers were on site almost daily and I was notified daily regarding what element of project was targeted and time frame to expect workers. David and Moses are almost immediately available by text and phone, as are office staff. My five star ratings are not an exaggeration.

My experience with Hi-Tech Builders was great. I am very satisfied with the time it took and the quality of the work. The owner, David, is very knowledgeable and Kristina, who managed my project, was very customer-oriented. Kristina was in daily contact with me and sent an email or text every day to tell me about the work and who was going to be at t he house. If I had a question or concern, I would send a photo or text to Kristina and she would correct the problem or have David or one of his managers contact me to address my issue. The workers cleaned up every day. I had a complete kitchen remodel and floors put down in the living room, dining room and family room. They painted all the rooms and my stairway. I would definitely hire them again.

I like the office, they’re very good in updating me in what’s going on. My kudos to the staff in the office, Karen, Kristina and Rach, they are very good in communicating with me. If I don’t want something that they did, they’d fix it. They would like to do their best for the customer.
